PropelOutdoorz is the authorized US distributor of Me-Mover products. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and interactions made through the PropelOutdoorz website and online store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Customer" means the individual or entity who places an Order for Products or Services through www.propeloutdoorz.com or otherwise purchases Products or Services from PropelOutdooz.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration (see Section 12) shall be brought exclusively before the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Atlanta, GA.

4. Products

These Terms apply to all Me-Mover products and related accessories sold through the PropelOutdoorz online store (“Products”), including standard units, demo units, refurbished items, and clearance merchandise, unless otherwise stated.

PropelOutdoorz is the authorized US distributor for Me-Mover. We facilitate the sale and delivery of Me-Mover products but do not independently manufacture or warrant them. All product warranties are the sole responsibility of Me-Mover as the manufacturer. PropelOutdoorz’s role in the warranty process is limited to serving as the initial point of contact for US customers and forwarding claims to Me-Mover for resolution.

4.1 Me-Mover Ambassador & Referral Program

PropelOutdoorz facilitates participation in the Me-Mover Ambassador Program in the United States and Canada. The program is operated by Me-Mover, and participation is by invitation only.

Eligibility

  • The program is open to residents of the United States and Canada only
  • Participation is by invitation from PropelOutdoorz or Me-Mover
  • Ambassadors are independent individuals and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of PropelOutdoorz or Me-Mover
  • Ambassadors may not make binding commitments on behalf of PropelOutdoorz or Me-Mover

Program Activities

Ambassadors participate exclusively through in-person activities such as product test rides and conversations with prospective customers. Ambassadors are not authorized to conduct paid advertising, social media marketing, or any other promotional activities on behalf of PropelOutdoorz or Me-Mover.

Referral Fee

  • Ambassadors receive a flat referral fee for each qualifying sale resulting from their referral
  • The referral fee amount is determined by Me-Mover and is subject to change at any time with reasonable notice
  • Referral fees are paid by check after the 30-day return window has expired on the referred sale
  • Referral fees have no cash value outside of the payment terms above, are non-transferable, and are not guaranteed until the return window closes

Disclosure Requirements

Ambassadors are required to identify themselves as authorized Me-Mover referral partners when engaging with prospective customers. This disclosure must be made clearly at the start of any product demonstration or sales conversation. Failure to disclose this material connection is a violation of FTC guidelines and these Terms, and may result in immediate termination from the program.

Taxes & Compliance

Ambassadors are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on referral fees received. PropelOutdoorz and Me-Mover do not withhold taxes on referral payments. Ambassadors are encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding their obligations.

Termination

PropelOutdoorz and Me-Mover reserve the right to terminate any ambassador’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Referral fees earned on qualifying sales completed prior to termination will be honored per the terms above.

5. Orders & Pre-Orders

5.1 Order Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information at the time of purchase. PropelOutdoorz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information. To correct order information, contact us promptly at info@propeloutdoorz.com.

5.2 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will display an estimated ship date at the time of purchase. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays on the part of Me-Mover or its logistics partners. You will be notified of any material changes. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time prior to shipment by contacting info@propeloutdoorz.com.

5.3 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

PropelOutdoorz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation by Me-Mover
  • Pricing errors or technical issues on the website
  • Suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or policy violations

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

6. Pricing & Taxes

6.1 Currency

All prices on the PropelOutdoorz website are listed in US Dollars (USD).

6.2 Sales Tax

Where required by law, applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. PropelOutdoorz complies with US sales tax nexus obligations.

6.3 International Orders & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, local import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. 6.4 Pricing Errors

PropelOutdoorz reserves the right to correct typographical or technical pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Processing Time

In-stock Me-Mover orders are typically processed and dispatched within 72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier, location, and customs processing for international shipments.

7.3 Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is at PropelOutdoorz’s discretion unless otherwise agreed. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

7.4 Customs & Import Requirements

For international shipments, customs authorities or carriers may request additional documentation (e.g., government-issued ID or tax identification number). Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays, storage fees, or return of the shipment. PropelOutdoorz is not responsible for costs incurred due to customs non-compliance by the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Return Window

Customers in the United States may return eligible Me-Mover products purchased through PropelOutdoorz within 30 days of the delivery date.

8.2 Return Eligibility & Condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Returned in resalable condition. Resalable condition means the item is free from any scratches, cracks, wear, damage, or missing components (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, and original packaging).

  • Items returned with significant damage, missing parts, or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may be rejected for a refund.

8.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@propeloutdoorz.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

8.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8.5 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part. If PropelOutdoorz arranges return shipping on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

8.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Demo units

  • Refurbished units

  • Clearance or final sale items

9. Warranty

9.1 Limited Warranty

Me-Mover products sold through PropelOutdoorz are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This warranty is issued and honored solely by Me-Mover as the manufacturer. PropelOutdoorz does not independently warrant any Me-Mover product.

 

For the full warranty terms, please refer to Me-Mover’s official warranty documentation provided with your product or available at Me-Mover’s website.

9.2 Warranty Exclusions

Me-Mover’s warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Failure to follow Me-Mover product instructions or the User Manual

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by use of non-approved accessories or parts

9.3 How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact Me-Mover at info@me-mover.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PropelOutdoorz website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the property of PropelOutdoorz or Me-Mover (or their respective licensors) and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. The Me-Mover name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of Me-Mover and are used by PropelOutdoorz under authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PropelOutdoorz shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow Me-Mover product instructions

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or Me-Mover’s manufacturing or supply chain

  • Import duties, customs fees, or related charges

  • Warranty obligations of any kind, which are solely the responsibility of Me-Mover as the manufacturer

In all cases, PropelOutdoorz’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific Me-Mover product giving rise to the claim. For warranty-related claims, customers should refer directly to Me-Mover’s warranty documentation and contact PropelOutdoorz to facilitate that process.

12. Force Majeure

PropelOutdoorz shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, supply chain disruptions at the manufacturer level, or pandemic-related restrictions.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

We encourage you to contact us first at info@propeloutdoorz.com to resolve any concerns informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered in Atlanta, GA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.

 

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.

14. Miscelleanous

14.1 Modifications to These Terms

PropelOutdoorz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers via email.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and shipping/return information displayed on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and PropelOutdoorz regarding your purchase of a bicycle or accessories. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and PropelOutdoorz with respect to the subject matter hereof.

14.3 Severability

​If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree to replace any invalid provision with a valid one that, as closely as possible, achieves the original economic and legal intent of the original provision.
